串联的开关

我看到一些电路,为什么他们不用一个开关而要用两个开关串联呢？两个开关串联不就等效于一个长度翻倍吗？这样反而增大了电荷注入效应。有大佬有这方面的经验见解吗？

谢谢你的回复，在cds电路中使用，不太关心速度而是精度。我有过这方面的猜想，但是想得还不太透彻。当开关关断时，如果是两个串联的开关（如果是pmos），那么中间点将会被时钟馈通拉高，这样是否能阻止一些电荷注入与输入输出的耦合呢？

两个开关的信号同步，尺寸w/l为0.5/1。在更看重精度的电路里我并不明白为什么不单独用一个0.4/0.4 (最小尺寸的开关)

i guess, you maybe use in multiplexed input, so it can prevent other disabled channels from interfering with the current working channel!
