GENUS无法正常启动

安装完了Genus15.2，但是无法正常启动。求高人指教完整报错如下，删掉'/opt/cadence/GENUS152/tools/lib/cdn/rc/io/write_lec.etf'就可以正常启动，从别人机器上拷贝write_lec.etf依旧报一样的错。
