AMS仿真 后仿遇到的问题 ncelab: Cannot find any unit under <目录名><器件名> :spectre in design library

进行后仿时，PEX输出Hspice，在config的view found中更改为pex的输出文件，然后进行ams仿真遇到报错。

论坛里的CIW->Conversion Tool Box->AMS simInfo from Spectre这个方法对我无效，希望论坛里的老师们能给出一些解决方案，谢谢

要看一下你的switch view list里面有没有spectre view。如果没有的话，当然找不到模拟基本器件的binding了。

library list里面要添加你的PDK库，就是包含那些模拟器件的库。

没有看到你的真正的switch view list是啥样的，不过如果symbol在switch view list里面是没有任何道理的。因为一旦发现symbol之后，netlister就中止遍历层次连接关系了，而symbol view里面并不包含simulator需要的信息。

而且要看一下chrt018ull_hv30这个器件到底有哪些views，调用时是怎么调用的，模型参数应该是什么？我没用过这个工艺所以猜不着。

switch view list就是我截图里那样，能否给我一些可能的解决方案呢，我可以一个个去试一试
