EDI OCV 和 PrimeTime OCV 怎么表述不一样 ？

各位高手 ：

有谁能解释下为什么cadence和synopsis 两家公司的时序分析OCV的计算方法不一致啊

cadence 在OCV时 采用了两个 timing library  原文这样说的


setup check the software uses the timing delay values from the Max library group for the data and the launch clock network delay. The software uses the delay values from the Min library group for the capturing clock network delay assuming that the clocks are set in propagated mode.


即setup check时采用
Max library计算得到
data and the launch clock network delay

Min library 计算得到  capturing clock network delay  


这样就会有两个operation condition 条件进入分析





synopsis  指的是却是 需要在单一PVT环境中同时考虑他们 即单一的operation condition 条件下
通过使用set_timing_derate命令设置全局derate值来实现分析。


为什么不一样啊 ？？ ？？  谁来解释下
