先大概翻译一下：bond线的pad应该包含一层坚固的ALPA层（金属AL，最顶层）和两层坚固的金属铜，也就是次顶层和次次顶层金属（TM和TM_1)。不允许在bond线pad区域打孔。
如果pad没问题的话，那就是你把低层的金属引到了pad上，并且还打了孔，建议直接使用高层金属引出线，在pad外打孔。
