Management of: ·
Prospecting and the development of new business within existing accounts and develop new potential accounts ·
The service, development and supply of information for the assigned accounts and the development of good relationships within those accounts ·
The balance between short-term gain and long-term growth for all opportunities and initiatives to achieve/exceed preset sales targets and increase market share ·
General Liaison between the employer, our distribution partners and the customer including Product Lines and manage for the escalation process of delivery and pricing issues ·
Internal Resources ensuring optimal Sales and FAE coverage for customer accounts
·
Pricing negotiation based on company’s strategy and customers’ request ·
Accurate and effective representation of company’s new business development status and messages to the customers ·
Overall account management and AOP achievement
Planning: ·
Create, monitor (weekly, monthly and quarterly) and execute corporate account strategy, sales goals, and business plans
Participate in: ·
Balanced negotiations, where required, that bring value to both parties Monitor: ·
Success of all implementations, measure and provide relevant information for customer reference stories ·
Manage the process of updating and maintaining all account information and activity in CRM ·
Oversee all proposals, risk analysis and cost/benefit analysis for opportunities within your area of responsibility ·
Customer’s industry, competitive position and strategy to equip yourself as a “trusted advisor” and to cultivate executive level relationships
Work with: ·
Marketing, FAE, CSR and Product Line to achieve the objectives and goals as defined in the Account Plans. ·
Sales Engineers, FAE and Quality to coordinate general technical support and requirements for customer design centers ·
Channel partner to ensure the strong demand creation and fulfillment
Qualifications |
·
Good chemistry and strong network with giant customers on Mobile phone segment, can build up high level rapports with various contacts to ensure long term partnerships ·
Strong customer focus skill ·
Well aware of the needs and trends in the related marketplace and capable in derive differential sales strategies and execution ·
Strong technical background with sound experience in business and technical support ·
Demonstrate experience in successfully managing demand creation, customer intimacy and people management ·
High motivation and competitive drive to succeed in challenging and rapidly changing environments ·
EE graduate with 10+ years in semiconductor sales, plus at least 3 years in manager role ·
Sound interpersonal and leadership skill, proactive and highly self-motivated ·
Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin |
