IC617中如何画衬底？

在IC6中，在via列表中没有衬底接触和阱接触，当我想create guard ring的时候，Cadence报warning:Create guard ring: The create guard ring cannot be launched because no fluid guard ring device masters exist in the technology file.Fluid guard ring device masters need to be installed as technology file devices classes before they can be instantiated in the design. use the install guard ring form to install fluid guard rings. To open the install guard ring form, click guard ring on the technology tool box.
各位大神，有遇到这个情况的么？谢谢各位了！

一：你在IC61中按O键VIA列表里面没有得到衬底接触和阱接触是因为PDK安装的时候没有添加的问题，找安装人员添加进去就可以了。二：至于create guard ring报的警告是因为没有创建guard ring的单元啊，警告最后一句说的很明显，就是在CIW窗口点击technology tool box进行设置就可以了，怎么设置自己多试下就知道了，这样做会在PDK里面写入一个guard ring的单元，所以我们这边目前不使用。三：也可以还是按照IC5141里面一样的创建multiplier path进行设置也可以画出来的。以上，方法一最简单。方法三也可以使用。
