please helpI installed siliconSmart
in my machine:

/tools/synopsys/siliconSmartL-2016.03/bin/ncx

the license is defined:
SNPSLMD_LICENSE_FILE=/tools/synopsys/scl11.9/admin/license/synopsys.dat

in the license file: I have the line:

INCREMENT NCX snpslmd 2019.12 31-dec-2019 uncounted EE6A3902332ACEBF6BB8 \
VENDOR_STRING=^1Platform:ALL+S HOSTID=a8c05c01 SUPERSEDE ISSUER="Synopsys Inc." \
ISSUED=11-jul-2001 ck=47 SN=SL:2100-0:100000:0 START=11-jul-2001

but when I ran
ncx
I got
License ncx is not available. Make sure that SNPSLMD_LICENSE_FILE or LM_LICENSE_FILE has the correct license path
