频段较高，无源部分sonnet 电磁仿真，有源部分cadence spectre提参，然后整体仿真，现在做cadence和sonnet联合仿真，出现这个问题： QQ截图20170220105223.png

问题解决了，mark一下，是因为我sonnet仿真的时候没有添加DC扫描，因此联合仿真时扫描DC会报错，无法收敛，找不到直流点；
