小弟最近研究CMOS锁相频率合成器,现在搭出了电路大致框架,瞬态仿真也能够锁定,但是在对Divider进行pss+pnoise仿真的时候,遇到一些问题,仿真器一直提示fatal error. 我的分频器是200分频,用的CML+TSPC+多模分频器MMD(里面有反馈)
特来请教各位大牛前辈关于分频器噪声仿真的问题。还望能不吝赐教,任何帮助都将万分感激。
