[求助] ICC里FILLER不能插入怎么解决

我在ICC里布局布线后插入FILLER，用insert_stdcell_filler一个也插不进去。

查看lib文件后发现FILLER cell有dont_use ： ture 这一行，具体如下
cell {GFILL} {
dont_use : ture;
dont_touch : ture;
area : ...
...
}  (后面就是pin的定义，不打了)
别的FILLER cell还有GFILL10，GFILL2，GFILL3， GFILL4。
全都有dont_use : ture

现在DRC里有NWELL之间距离太近的错误，
我用insert_well_filler来解决这个错误可行吗？

把dont_use的attr拿掉

拿掉过后依旧插不进去。
而且我standard cell之间的最小距离是0.2微米，
但是GFILL的宽度是0.8微米，有些地方没法插。


FILLER的宽度不是应该和最小间距一样吗？

    那你确认下你这个单元是metal filler还是filler，找cell介绍的文档看，或者找gds确认。

应该是最小的，你这个估计是你没找对单元吧。

   去找了下，果然有个叫FILL1的cell，宽度刚好是0.2微米，能够插入。
谢谢版主大大
现在又有新的问题了，我DRC过了但LVS过不了。
我想问下LVS时对比的是什么？
icc生成的layout和icc生成的netlist吗？
还是icc生成layout和dc生成的netlist？

   是icc生成的layout和icc生成的netlist转换的cdl网表。



查一下calibre的v2lvs命令

   我用v2lvs把Verilog网表转换成了spi格式的网表。但是整个top的LVS还是有问题。

于是我就把rtl代码中的一个很小的子模块单独重新跑了一遍dc、icc、lvs。
发现这个子模块lvs能过。

top和子模块走的流程是一样的，但是top的lvs就过不了。
