JOB DESCRIPTION:

1、RF/Analog block design for wireless application ICs.

QUALIFICATION:

1、PhD or MSEE with 2+ years of experience in RF/Analog IC development.

Advanced skills in the following areas:

1、RF circuit designNA, Mixer, Power Amplifier, Power Detector, VCO, Synthesizer；

2、Analog circuit design:Analog filter, PGA/VGA, Calibration, RSSI, Opamp；

3、Power management circuit design:Voltage Regulator, DC-DC Converter；

4、Good understanding of device physics and CMOS fabrication processes；

5、Good understanding of layout tradeoffs for optimal performance and die area；

6、Proficient with simulation tools Spectre & SpectreRF. Verilog-AMS, Matlab and EM simulation experience is a plus；

7、Demonstrated ability for characterization of block and chip performances in lab and ATE environments；

8、Understanding of analog/digital signal processing & communication system theory is a plus；

9、Design experiences in deep-submicron (<65nm) process is a plus；

10、Great communication abilities, both oral and written；

11、Self-motivation & team player.
