Job Responsibilities:

1\ Front-End Support Ctr ApplicationEngineer(售后技术支持)

Workas the Application Engineer in Synopsys Global Support Center, be responsiblefor timely identification and resolution of customer issues with guidance inAsia-Pacific region. Work directly with customers gaining full understanding oftheir issues submitted with Email, phone call or web page; helping them toresolve their critical technical issues with Synopsys solutions or successfullydriving those issues to create complete customer satisfaction throughinterfacing with other Application Consultants, Corporate Application Engineersor R& D Engineers. Proactively contribute and communicate to thecorporation in the areas of tool improvement and leveraged support.Demonstrates the ability to handle normal workload and manage typical volume ofcustomer issues. Deliver public customer education workshop to help to boostthe customer’s systematic understanding with our tools rapidly. You’ll focus onthe support with Synopsys Front-End tools and flow, be able to master thecutting edge EDA tools, design flows/methodologies and solutions

JobRequirements:

BSin EE with 3+ years or Master in EE with relevant experiences. Hands-onexperiences wtih EDA tools and flow of IC front-end design, including theexperience using  the mainstream commercial EDA tools(Such asDC/PT/formality/PwrC/DFTC etc.) with logic design/synthesis/optimization，STA,formal verification, power analysis etc., basic understanding with back-end andverification tools & flows will be a good plus . It is essential that theindividual possess excellent customer interfacing communication skills in bothEnglish & Chinese, the selfless team work spirit is extremely important forthis position.

2\ JobTitle: (Sr./Staff) ImplementationSpecialist Application Consultant (AC)

Location:Shanghai/Beijing

ImplementationSpecialist Application Consultant (AC) is expected to support the sale andadoption of Synopsys products to help customers achieve tangible and lastingperformance improvements in the cost, quality, and development time forprojects.

ImplementationSpecialist ACs support Synopsys products including synthesis, STA, DFT, formalverification and low power solutions. In addition, they are expected toarticulate design methodologies involving Synopsys tools and be elevator-talkproficient in the full Synopsys tool portfolio.

Theirsales support roles include product demonstrations, evaluations, competitivebenchmarking and account planning;

Customersupport roles include training, problem resolution, service delivery andtechnical account management.

ImplementationSpecialist ACs leverage their knowledge by writing SolvNet Articles, and byassisting other ACs.

Theyalso provide technical feedback to Synopsys product development teamspertaining to critical issues and recommended enhancements. Business travelwill be required for this position.

Requirements:

MSEE,or equivalent required with 3+ years of experience, or BSEE or equivalent with5+ years of experience.

Designexperiences should include SoC design using Verilog/VHDL, physical aware synthesis,DFT, STA and timing ECO.

Experiencesin other SoC design activities such as low power design, formal verificationand physical design are strongly desired.

Excellentverbal and written presentation/communication skills are mandatory.

Customersensitivity, the ability to multiplex many issues & set priorities and havea helpful/caring attitude towards customers, and the desire to help customersexploit new technologies are essential for success in the position.
