建立library的时候有没有attatch工艺库？

sim_mixed_05.scs我加的是这个文件，显示的还是错误

这个错误指的是在你的库中（sim_mixed_05.scs）没有找到M0和M1模型nmos4和pmos4。
首先保证你的MOS管模型是nmos4和pmos4（不同工艺模型名不一样，要看工艺文件确定），然后在sim_mixed_05.scs文件中查找nmos4和pmos4的模型描述，找到模型描述在哪个section里面，然后在ADE的setup-》model library中添加.scs的文件和section名称。
