第二篇文献的观点是米勒补偿不会改变第二级输出的极点, 补偿后的主,次极点都是在第一级输出产生的, 第二级输出的极点恰好被第一级的一个米勒零点精确地抵消了.
"In this work, we will show that Miller effect does not provide a pole-splitting process in frequency compensation. As a matter of fact, after compensation both the dominant and nondominant poles are associated with the first stage of the amplifier and they are related to the Miller capacitor and Miller resistor effects, respectively. Meanwhile, the second stage pole, which does not move during the compensation process, is cancelled by a Miller zero from the first stage." |
