Job Purpose & Position Summary

● Asia test program owner that governs both wafer sort and final test insertion, developing and optimizing test program, supporting production bring up, issue debugging and continuous improvement for product indices. ● Working with regional teams extensively including product management, product engineering, ATaC, software infrastructure team and hardware infrastructure team on the test solutions optimization. ● This position requires strong understanding of test program, good communication and capability to drive/deliver critical business milestones.

Job Responsibilities

1. Test program owner in Asia, develop and release ATE test program for mass production 2. Develop Engineering program to support product engineering activities 3. Post production product variants bring up 4. Identify test time reduction opportunities and execute TTR 5. Test program limited yield improvement via test debug 6. Test issue debugging and solution providing 7. Early involvement in silicon execution phase including test coverage evaluation, test flow integration and test hardware qualification 8. Work closely with regional cross functional team 9. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

●Impact of Decision: The person is responsible for product test time, test coverage, test yield and meeting committed schedules for new product production bring up.

Job Qualifications

●Must Have: -Education: Bachelor degree or above

-Language: Excellent oral and written skills in English and Mandarin

- Experience: 5-7 years’ industrial experience with >3 years test development experience

- Functional Competency: Experience of developing test program for digital product testing, good understanding of test method, some yield engineering background is a plus.
