CSM.25的两个hspice模型文件:xxx.bin.hspice,xxx.hspice。前一个精度高,后一个精度低。
用hspiceD进行仿真,用xxx.hspice时可以正常仿真,但是结果不够精确(和spectre相比)。用xxx.bin.hspice仿真没有任何结果,.out文件如下:
