【实习】AMD热招Thermal and Mechanical Intern Location: Shanghai CDC Platform and Produce Engineering team has immediate opening for a thermal/mechanical engineering intern. Key responsibilities of the position are listed as below Key responsibility•Measure and validate new thermal solutions. Responsible for estimating and testing the thermal performance of AMD dGPU products and the correspondingthermal solutions. •Support on the preparation of thermal test documents, as well as analyzes thermal modeling data from appropriate tools. •Coordinate and communicate project status with internal program teams.•Support acoustic testing, and estimate the acoustic performance. Requirements•M.S. degree in Thermal/Mechanical Engineering or related background•Strong user of CAD tools (AutoCAD* or Pro*/Engineer*) is a plus•Familiar with thermal test tool such as temperature data logger, IR camera, air chamber, etc. is preferred•Knowledge of tolerance analysis, reliability testing and structural analysis•Good English communication skills, both written and oral.•Have a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to teamwork •Guarantee to work for 3-days at least per week This team is essential to the success of AMD as a growing company.
