TSMC 65nm monte carlo problem

hi guys,I have problem. I am new with TSMC 65nm process and I can't run monte simulation with it.
thanks to eetop member I have downloaded TSMC lib from the site. the library name is "crn65lp_2d5_lk_v1d7.l"

so as I am really really lazy, can any one upload or type an example in hspice so I find the simulation tips?
