   Hi,
First of all thank you for the upload

Secondly, I have installed it on Windows 10 (64-bit) platform (in fact I tried installing it thrice.) And all the time I have failed to get HPSICE-J-2014 up and running. By 'Up and running' I mean to run an actual simulation. Whenever I try to run the simulation (a BSIM4 MOSFET Cell) I get a license error and the application 'HSPICE.EXE' quits.

Then on the second install I noticed that during the cracking process I am not getting the output as mentioned in your install note. Some features are garbled is the message that I get. I don't know why. I have installed and tested it twice with my antivirus switched off (both Kaspersky and Windows Defender). Despite this HSPICE J-2014 is giving me problems.

Is there any remedy for this? If there is kindly do share it, it would be of great help to me. The reason being that I have switched back to HSPICE 2008.09 version as of now and it doesn't support the FinFET BSIM-CMG models. In fact I was trying to change the MOSFET models to FinFET models.

I did everything as described in the manual several times. I am having following error in Windows 10,  64bit

Checking the integrity of the license file...

(snpslmd) The SSS features are garbled.
All revenue keys ("SN=RK:..." on feature line) have been excluded.

Can anybody help?
