职位  Senior Analog IC Design Engineer 上海

?     Define powermanagement system architecture and analyse system stability.

?     Design and verifyanalog IC design on popular power processes with different tools.

?     Understand andverify new manufacture process/flow.

?     Work closely withsystem and marketing teams to develop new projects’ analog architecture, andconvert both teams’ requirements to analog design spec.

?     Work closely withdigital design team on analog-digital interface definition and top levelverification.

?     Work closely withback-end designers to correctly implement analog designs to do post-layoutsimulation and layout.

?     Work closely withAE/ATE testing engineers on chip debugging, testing and necessary customersupport.

?     Write block leveldesign spec according to chip spec and write block level design guide.

?     Prove your newdesign to satisfy the chip spec through checklist, simulation result in designreview.

What we are looking for:

?     3+ years of powermanagement analog design experience, preferably in ACDC experience.

?     5+ years ofanalog IC design experience with PHD/MSEE; or 8+ years of analog IC designexperience with BSEE.

?     Analog chip productionexperience is preferable.

?     Extensiveexperience in analog architecture, stability analysis and methodologies ofpower system, especially ACDC power system.

?     Fullyunderstanding on popular power processes (UMC, TSMC, CSMC, etc.).

?     Familiarity withanalog design EDA tools.

?     Good analogcircuit design, analyse and debug skill.

?     Gooddocumentation skill.

?     Excellentinterpersonal and communication skills with self-motivation and good team-workspirit.

1. 扎实的模拟电路设计知识

2. 熟悉BIPOLAR、BCD、CMOS工艺；

3. 熟练掌握模拟电路设计；

4. 有电源管理类电路经验者优先；

工作职责：

1、参与模拟IC规格制定，负责电路设计和仿真，编写电路设计文档；

2、协助版图设计工程师完成模拟IC版图设计；

3、协助测试工程师制定测试方案；

4、完成领导临时交办的工作；

职位要求：

1、电子类相关专业，本科以上学历；

2、五年以上模拟集成电路设计经验；

3、熟悉模拟IC设计流程，熟练掌握OPA、Bandgap、AD、DA等基本电路

4、有电源管理IC、音频功放IC的量产经验者优先

5、工作认真负责、善于学习、具有良好的团队合作精神
