Roles and Responsibilities
 Creates effective, enabled informal and formal teams across functional and WW manufacturing sites to
accomplish team objectives. Have the product development project responsibility, as well as significant
contribution to project planning with interactions with marketing, product test engineering, applications, wafer
fabrications and backend manufacturing.
 Applies advanced power IC knowledge to identify, define and develop effective solutions to problems of unusual
complexity and/or major business impact. Lead SoC system level power architecture design to meet product
requirements from standard to application specific products for the broad application areas. Design and develop
mixed-signal integrated circuits(analog, power and digital blocks). Using sub-micron BiCMOS and CMOS
technologies, the design team to lead is responsible for transistor and top level design and simulation of DC/DC
regulators and Ac/DC controllers, Required to interact well and provide mentor and support to junir designers of
the development team; design, test, applications, marketing and product engineering, through all phases of new
product development. Customer interaction may be required to help define specifications for new product
development
 Actively leads, models, and promotes group and team work and thinking cross-organizationally and
geographically. Demonstrates a value for diversity and for each individual’s unique ability to contribute. Behaves
in ways that engender trust.
 Assumes a leadership role in problem identification and resolution, often in collaborations with customers and
manufacturing sub-contractors. Sets clear, measurable goals and objectives aligned with organization priorities.
Emphasizes and demonstrates goal commitment and follow-through.
 Actively involves in recruitment activities as well as in applicable university relations. Experience requirements:  A minimum of 5+ years of experience in analog/digital mixed signal and power IC.
 Hands-on design expreiences of DC/DC power converters; buck, boost and buck-boost or AC/DC power
controllers,
 In-depth knowledge of CMOS and BiCMOS process technologies and ESD in sub-micron CMOS and BiCMOS
technologies, -
 Experience using Hspice, Pspice or other simulation tools, -performed or supported analog layout
 Good command of verbal and written English
 MS or PhD of electrical engineering
