Tasks and responsibilities

·
Lead FAE team to technically support assigned customers.

·
Link with BU & Sales to manage design-in/wins for BOM content growth.

·
Assist BU & Market Development teams to fine-tune New Product Proposal.

·
Facilitate roadmap integration between headquarter and key accounts.

Qualifications and skills

·
BSc or MSc in electrical engineering or equivalent education.

·
At least 8 years of work experience with a strong technical background in analog and mixed signal design.

·
Technical experience with signal chain and mix signal devices (ADC/DAC, OpAmp, Voltage Reference, Industrial Power, energy measurement etc.).

·
A team player attitude with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with customers and peers from different functions and cultures.

·
Able to influence, motivate, and guide people.

Good English language abilities.
