Senior Network Administrator

职责描述
Maintain, monitor, and support all aspects the world-wide Pixelworks network infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
1，Maintain the corporate network in a manner that supports all necessary business objectives and update design as necessary to adapt to changing needs.
2，Research and recommend LAN, WAN, VPN, and management and monitoring hardware and software to accomplish business goals.
3，Independently manage the design and installation of all network components at both local and remote sites, working with IT staff and/or vendors as necessary to achieve project goals.
4，Collaborate with peers, vendors, or carriers to assist with potentially network related problems and help identify the root cause of the issue.
4，Actively maintain accurate, clear, and complete documentation that can be used by other IT staff and vendors as necessary to support the Pixelworks network. Create and maintain procedures and policies related to the network to ensure consistent configurations and a standardized environment.

7，Monitor network utilization and performance trends and plan out future requirements to maintain acceptable performance levels and accommodate corporate traffic growth. 8，Direct staff (both locally and at remote offices) in operational activities to ensure compliance with departmental goals, objectives and budget.
