五端mos导出CDL网表问题

大牛可谈不上，只是这样做过
在1. 从CIW窗口,选择菜单Tools-->CDF-->Edit……
2. 在弹出窗口“Edit Component CDF”对话框中, 将CDFType 选为 Base
3. 点击 Browser按钮,找到要修改的模拟器件
4. 在 Simulation Information中选择auCdl
5. namePrefix 栏 填X
6.termOder 栏 就是CDL OUT 的端口

    这个方法之前也试过，namePerfix 改“X”后导出的CDL无 W,L这些参数

    那是因为你netlistprocedure 还是ansCdlCompPrim，改成_ansCdlCompParamPrim就行了
