今天在看一篇文献，里面有一句 The development of the now mature integratedsemiconductor circuits, on-chip passives, and micro-electro-mechanical systems(MEMS) are just a tip of the iceberg among all the achievements，其中的on-chip passives 是什么意思呢 ，查词典直译过来是“芯片上的无源器件”感觉有点怪怪的，有没有大虾知道可否告知一声，谢谢啦^_^
