​Responsibility:

The China GL Manager accounting position is responsible for the following tasks:

 prepare balance sheet account reconciliations, maintenance, and coordination of Oracle and UFIDA interface and reporting;

 financial statement preparation and analysis and will participate in projects to collaborate with other departments to drive financial close processes improvements;

 preparation of internal management reporting and external reporting schedules;

 assist with statutory quarterly, year-end and interim audits;

 own China payroll process and manage accounts payable;

 prepare annual tax filings and tax ad-hoc requests for preparation of local statutory tax requirements, and other projects;

 ensuring intercompany transactions are eliminated in the system and back-end intercompany processors are functioning properly;

 prepare and post journal entries at month-end relating to transfer pricing;

 preparation of ad-hoc analysis and special projects as requested;

Qualifications:

 5-7 years of related general accounting and managing experience, with relationship development and management skills;

 Prior 2+ years of public accounting experience preferable;

 Experience with accounting/business process improvements with multinational corporations;

 Bring strong proficiency in Excel, enterprise systems experience required, preferably on Oracle Financial Software;

 Possess strong oral and written English and Chinese communication skills;

 Experience with international accounting, ASC 830, "Foreign Currency Matters", and transfer pricing;

 Be "Hands-on" and possess strong account reconciliation skills with high attention to detail Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance;

 Attention to detail and accuracy;

 Strong organizational and communication skills;

 Ability to learn new concepts and technology quickly;

 Excellent analytical skills;

 Ability to work independently, with general direction and guidance
