ASICEngineer/Sr. ASIC Engineer for Wireless Baseband (PHY layer)

Responsibilities:

1.Be responsible for DSP algorithmimplementation based on Matlab or C/C++, including block specification andarchitecture define, RTL design and simulations.

2. Assist algorithm design engineer and RFdesign engineer for system development & validation.

Requirements:

Experience/Skills:

1. MSEE with above 3 years or BSEE with 5years experience on digital communications for wired or wireless.

2. Familiar with wireless simulation methodand tools, e. g.  Matlab Simulink, C/C++;

3. Familiar with lab equipments, such assignal generators, spectrum analyzers, is desirable;

4.Strong knowledge in digitalcommunication, signal processing. Development experience in modulation by PSK,QPSK/QAM, or OFDM is highly preferred;

5.Strong analytical and problem solvingskills; hands-on lab debugging skills are required for senior position;

6.Knowledge of languages relevant to theASIC development process including Shell Scripting, Perl and Tcl is strongplus;

7. Good communication skills in writingtechnical documents and reports;

8. Self-motivated and ability to excel in ateam environment;
