Responsibilities:

1.   Manage a SW group of 6 engineers

   Software development planning and issue tracking

   Enhance software quality and efficiency to closely work with the team

   Coordinate with internal and external teams to make project development smoothly and on tracking

Help project risk management and raise flags to high management to overcome



2.  Applications development based on Windows as well as ChromeOS to co-work with 芯得’s chips inside PC or tablet

Qualifications:

1. Strong technical experience in Directshow, MediaFoundation and GPU driver

2. Experience on display port is preferred

3. Technical manager with 10+ years' development and project management

4. Strong customer experience in project development

5. Strong communication skills in English

6. Knowledge of software engineering practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations



多媒体（视频音频）研发经理级别

职位职能:  语音/视频开发工程师  高级软件工程师

职位描述:

职责描述：

- 从事多媒体应用软件的研发和设计工作

职位需求：

1.本科10年, 硕士8年以上视音频多媒体开发工作经验, 有系统架构和设计经验；

2.熟悉各种流行的音频视频编解码技术,了解各种编码文件的数据结构；

3.熟悉DirectShow，了解Direct3D, MediaFoundation；

4.熟悉3D编解码技术优先；

5.熟悉GPU硬件视频编码加速者优先；

6.精通C/C++ 一种或以上编程语言以及Windows开发环境；



语音/视频开发工程师  高级软件工程师

职位描述:

职位需求：

1.大学本科以上学历；计算机相关专业硕士, 或2年以上软件开发工作经验.

2.精通C/C#/C++ 一种或以上编程语言以及Windows开发环境；

3.了解各种流行的音频视频编解码技术优先；

4.了解DirectShow，Direct3D, MediaFoundation优先；
