(Sr.) software manager

Responsibilities:

1.   Manage a SW group of 6 engineers

  Software development planning and issue tracking

  Enhance software quality and efficiency to closely work with the team

  Coordinate with internal and external teams to make project developmentsmoothly and on tracking

Help project risk management and raiseflags to high management to overcome

2.  Applications development based on Windows aswell as ChromeOS to co-work with 芯得’s chips inside PC or tablet

Qualifications:

1. Strong technical experience inDirectshow, MediaFoundation and GPU driver

2. Experience on display port is preferred

3. Technical manager with 10+ years'development and project management

4. Strong customer experience in projectdevelopment

5. Strong communication skills in English

6. Knowledge of software engineeringpractices for the full software development life cycle, including codingstandards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing,and operations
