用 sroute 的 padPin 做不出。
The physical port must be identified with the CLASS CORE statement in the LEF file so that SRoute can recognize the proper pad pins to be routed to the core.
这句看不懂，一个 Macro 就定义一次 CLASS 吧，我把 IO 的 CLASS 改成 CORE，结果显然也不对。

在对应的pin的port下面加 CLASS CORE
