Customer Quality Support Manager Location: Shanghai
Job Description:
1). Customer Complaint Management: Managing customer complaints (Product Quality)
2). Coordination for customer audit / quality visit,
3). Managing customer inquiry (product quality related) / quality interface relationship
4). Supporting for quality contract (i.e. QAA) with customers
5). Supporting the design-in projects at major customers
6). Supporting the quality improvement activity with customers
Job Requirements:
Degree in Electrical / Electronics engineering
At least has 5 years experience in Semiconductor area
Know-how on the power application is preferred
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Good skill in speaking / writing in English is required

Manager – Quality Management System (location: shanghai)
Job Description:
Responsible for Quality Management System
- coordinate for YIP & 5S activities
- coordinate for EFQM, T6sigma activities
- leading internal audit / re-certificate activities
- managing QM related documentation / process and tools
- promote / introduce QM system and IFX process framework
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical / Electronics / engineering
- At least has 5 years experience in Semiconductor area
- At least has 3 years experience in Quality Management area
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Holding Certificates of ISO / TS is preferred
- Good skill in speaking / writing in English is required
