ChinaSales Director (Shanghai or Shenzhen, China) JobDescription Summary 芯得咨询(HI-talent)Client Company Inc. is seeking asenior level Sales Director and Country Manager for China
to develop and manage a high performance salesorganization.Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, the China Sales Director isresponsiblefor leading the sales team to accelerate profitable revenuegrowth.
The preferred location for this position isShanghai.Top candidates in Shenzhen will also be considered. KeyResponsibilites: ·
Deliver sales andmargin goals with effective sales strategies and initiatives. ·
Build and enhancesenior level relationships with decision makers at smartphone, tablet andwearables customers. ·
Own and drive the Chinadesign win pipeline, shortening time to revenue and ensuring size of pipelinesupports revenue growth targets. ·
Forecast revenue fromthe design win pipeline to assist operations in ensuring the right supply mix. ·
Establish and managesales objectives by developing monthly and quarterly sales quotas for regionsand individuals. ·
Proactively stay aheadof changes in target market segments, customer base,and competitive landscape. ·
Ensure effectivehiring, orientation, training, development and retention of the salesorganization. ·
Manage, train andmotivate distributors and channel partners effectively. ·
Establish effective relationshipsand collaboration with other departments (Marketing, Operations, Finance, etc.)to address key business issues and opportunities. KeyRequirements ·

Excellent communicatorwhowins the confidence of both customers and employees ·
Ability to quicklyunderstand, summarize, and communicate customer needs ·

Minimum 10-15 yearselectronic components and semiconductor sales experience in China, with focuson consumer and mobile communications markets ·
Minimum 7 years ofexperience managing a direct sales force in multiple regions ·
Bachelor’s degree inElectrical Engineering or equivalent ·
MSEE or MBA preferred ·
A solid understandingof the MEMS marketis a plus, including trends, technologies, products, competitionandecosystem. ·

Reporting directly to VP of Sales,the Strategic Account Sales Manager is responsible for promoting 芯得咨询(HI-talent)Client Company motion sensorproducts and ensuring the achievement of sales goals and profitabilityobjectives in defined strategic accounts.
The Strategic Sales Manager – will manage key smartphone, and tablet keyaccounts in China. This position requires the Strategic Sales Manager to resideeither in Shanghai or Shenzhen to cover assigned accounts. ·
Actively promote 芯得咨询(HI-talent)Client Company products to brandedcustomers and ODMs ensuring customers are knowledgeable about the products andactively pursuing design opportunities ·
Coordinate withdistributors to ensure ample backlog and inventory to service accounts withinthe assigned territory ·
Establish and maintainpositive relationships with customers, ecosystem partners and internalstakeholders at all levels ·
Create and maintainstrategic plans to maximize chance of winning opportunities. ·
Ensure the distributionof information and training to customers and distributors, and follow up withdistributors in order to maximize sales opportunities ·
Engage, quantify andreport design and sales activities in key accounts ·
Evaluate and report oncompetition activities within the territory ·
Program manage keyprojects and act as escalation point to align internal resources to win designs KeyRequirements ·
Bachelor’s Degree orequivalent preferably in Electronic Engineering ·
Minimum of 7-year
experience selling to key Smartphone andTablet accounts in China ·
Strong organizationalskills and ability to manage multiple tasks ·
Results-oriented withproven track records ·
Possess strongcommunication and negotiation skills ·
Demonstrates a sense ofinitiative and autonomy ·
Must combine stronginterpersonal skills with drive and tenacity ·
