菜鸟请教，在做ICC时遇到如下问题

首先，target_library我只定义了ss库，
然后通过set_min_library设置了ss（max）和ff（min）的库，
再然后，我设置operating_condition时依据上面的ss和ff设置了min和max condition。

....place_opt 报错如下

Error: The target_library does not contain an inverter characterized for operating condition (voltage = 5.00000V, process = 1.000000, temperature = 125.000000). (MV-006)
This problem occurred at:
<top design>
Error: The target library does not contain an inverter.
An inverter is required for mapping. (OPT-101)

那就先别set_min_library , 单独跑ss 看看

以前遇到过类似是因为dont touch dont use定义的有问题，你看看库里是不是inv都dont use了
