Job Description:
- Align and set the business segment revenue and Design-win target at China
- Manage China Power Management discrete business to exceed growth target
- Formulate and execute marketing strategies to achieve the segment revenue target
- Define and develop new market segment for existing products
- Work with HQ product groups to define new products in expanding the business coverage
Job Requirements:
- University degree (Bachelor, Master) in Electronic Eng., Major in Power Electronics preferred
- Minimum 10 years of Sales & Marketing experience in power electronics related fields
- Good knowledge of Power Semiconductor is required
- Proactive to work with internal & external team to synergize the result and drive segment growth
- Good presentation & communication skills, an excellent team player and able to work under pressure
- Open minded and flexible to work with customers
- Fluency in spoken & written English and Chinese, and Good PC Skills
