Principal Responsibilities:
• Must be able to communicate effectively with MES team members and employees at all levels
• Focuses on best practices and standards to deliver a successful and sustainable application environment
• Have experience implementing complex projects in manufacturing
• Ability to document functional requirements by speaking with Manufacturing personnel converting the information into detailed designs that

satisfy the requirements
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment and quickly learn new skills and technologies
• Have knowledge of ERP systems and shop floor integration (QAD is a plus)
• Must have integrity, be proactive, a self starter, and maintain a positive attitude towards achieving objectives
• Experience working with remote and distributed teams
• Understanding of, and ability to support change management in a production sensitive application environment like MES
Candidate Must Have:
• B.S. Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field from an accredited college/university
• Intermediate to advanced skills in SQL, PHP and scripting languages
• Be fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Demonstrated ability to analyze system issues and diagnose to root cause
Candidate-Nice to Have:
• Hands on plant production equipment and MES support experience
• Working knowledge of wireless networks
