Job Requirements:
1.    Build a world-class application team from scratch to support products in the new 32-bit Microcontroller Product Families.
2.    To innovate and clearly specify solutions to complex firmware / software problems.
3.    Developing and writing Data Sheets, Application Notes, Technical Briefs and Articles.
4.    Designing and developing software drivers, libraries and applications in support of new 32 bit controller product
5.    Developing and presenting technical training to customers, FAEs and field sales
6.    Assist large account design activities, working directly with customers and field support teams
7.    Manage and coordinate multiple projects that run simultaneously.

Qualifications
1.    MS Degree in Electrical Engineering and/or Computer Science and 6+ years of knowledge and experience in embedded system product development or semiconductor applications engineering.   
2.    Deep familiarity with compiler tool chains and C language is required
3.    Must have experience with programming in embedded assembly and C programming languages.  
4.    Must have good understanding of software development processes. Prior experience with motor control design is a plus.
5.    ARM Cortex knowledge and experience with RTOS is preferred.
6.    Must have digital circuit design and debugging experience.  Some analog experience is preferred.
7.    Extensive knowledge/experience in system hardware design required- power management, clock/reset, memory/storage management, various inter-chip communication interface/protocol/timing and firmware development.
8.    Familiarity with microprocessor/ microcontroller architectures is required.
