使用 VERILOG 不行嗎?
以前還沒有 system verilog , system C 做LOGIC 都是 verilog
還沒有 RTL 前
還使用 schematic 去兜電路
何況越高階你越依靠EDA 反而 RTL ..你不怕EDA TOOLS 做出來做錯或是太大嗎?
10多年前我改做 mix mode , analog 後慢慢發現電路小和巧

simple is best ..
簡單東西BUG 會少些.

现在电路的规模越来越大，上市时间越来越紧，如果不采用更先进的eda工具，
还是采用手工作坊式的方式去设计电路，进度是不可能保证得了的。
据说在eda工具兴起之前，硅谷熟练的工程师每人每天的设计能力也就是几十个晶体管，
要是按这个方式去设计，一个几百万门的电路要搞到猴年马月啊

does Calypto release any new version, such as Catapult v2013.x (windows or linux)?
it's a little bit strange that they name the software 2011.x but released in 2013.

Yes you're right.
After selling the product to Calypto, only paid customers' questions can be answered in the Calypto itself. "Stuart clubb" in there was the CatapltC's professional that was answering all the questions. You can find him in www.linkedin.com (World's Largest Professional Network).

Please look in the release note if you don't believe me.
Catapult Release 2011a.183 Update7 was released in April 2013.
