Job Description
1.spectroscopy measurement and development activities involving optics and optical metrology, such as spectroscopy, laser-based measurements, microscopy, vision systems, and image analysis and processing;
2.In depth expertise of measurement science: NIR, Raman, FTIR, UV-VIS;
3.Broad understanding of how spectroscopic secondary measurements correlate to chemical primary measurements;
4.Strong technical program management;
5.Demonstrated ability to complete method development projects from conception to successful implementation;
6.Ability to lead change and effectively challenge the status quo;
7.Very strong oral & written communication skills
8.Strong ability to collaborate within, and across, groups/levels
9.Ability to develop & lead strategic initiatives;
10.Demonstrated ability to understand complex analytical/technical topics and challenges, with strong problem solving & troubleshooting skill sets;
