Job Title: SeniorAccount Manager Location: Shenzhen Job Description: This position is a key member of theSales team, to establish, maintain and develop business and relationship withkey direct customers to achieve sales targets. To drive revenue growth attarget accounts by meeting or exceeding design-win goals.
ROLE ANDRESPONSIBILITIES Ÿ
Workwith Field Application Engineers/BU Application Engineers to achieve design-winand increase segment and customer account penetration. Ÿ
Establisha strong and interactive partnership with key customers and their management. Ÿ
Workin a team regionally or globally to achieve assigned tasks and objectives. Ÿ
Workclosely with marketing groups to define and execute strategies for winning designsat targeted customers. Ÿ
Maximizemarket share in the region by generating and securing design-in opportunitiesat direct customers. Ÿ
Collectmarket intelligence information and provide feedback to the respective productbusiness units. Ÿ
Handlecustomers' problems & complaints effectively.

Minimum10 years of technical sales experience of electronics components, preferable inPower conversion/management and multinational company experience. Ÿ
