关于Flash的坏块的读写问题！

是不是不论对Flash的坏块写入什么数据；读出的都是00？我用的是美光的Flash；发现了这个问题。

No, it could have more error bits (in a page) than what is described in the specification.

The phenomenon is that all data I read from a erased bad block are all 0x00;

Maybe your timing is incorrect. You may use logic analyzer to capture the waveform for further analysis.

No matter what data you write to a page in bad block;it read as all 0x00; I've verified it; When I write to a good block;the data return is right;
