李辑熙（Richard Chi-Hsi Li）博士
o        Richard Chi-Hsi Li had been working totally 20 years
in the Wireless Communication System for Motorola from 1979 to
1984, and from 1987 to 2001.  His job covers a wide range,
from acoustic to RF, and from software to hardware. Most
of years in Motorola he spent on the RF and RFIC design in
RFTC (RF Technology Center) and WITC (Wireless Integrated
Technology Center).
o        Richard has pioneered the development of innovative
RF/RFIC circuits  including: Tunable filter, LNA, PA, Mixer,
VCO, and the RFIC for portable radio or cellular radio front
end. In Motorola, he is the first person in the development
of on-chip 1 watt to 2 watts power amplifier by CMOS. He
developed  the outstanding tunable filter,  dual-line and
toroidal balun. Not only in the RF and RFIC design, Richard
have been working for the acoustic, digital software design
for years also.
o        Richard had been working in Texas Instruments, Dallas,
Texas, for the DBS ( Direct Broadcast Satellite) system from
1985 to 1986. He was the technical leader of the DBS team with
25 engineers. And from 1986 to 1987, he had been working for
RCA in Princeton, New Jersey, for the Communication Satellite
Design.  He had been involving in 4 Communication Satellite
designs, one of them is the ROC (Republic of China) communication
satellite plan. In ROC project, he individually accomplished
the commnication satellite link budget  though the project was
not gone through.
o        Richard had been invited as a technical consultant in
CCL, ITRI, in Taiwan from 1990 to 2000.
o        Richard holds 5 US patents. He hold tens of high
technology internal reports. Also, he is the co-author of
the book titled “ The Upper Atmosphere”, published in 1963.
