Hi,
I want to design DCS amplifier using MRF8S18120H and MRF6S18060N.
I designed amplifer using MRF6S18060N on FR4 sheet. I wan not able to achieve full gain specified in datasheet. i got only 10 to 11 db gain insted of 15.

There are issues in designing matching circuit in ADS Momentum. I have issue in placing the ports in ADS Momentum internal or at the edge.

as I knew you do not have to add port2 for simulating capacitor, you can just add a capacitor component in momentum

you should add pad for capacitance and use internal port.
