1\Job Title: Physical Design Engineer

Job Description:

PhysicalDesign Engineer will support physical design requirement of different businessunit of Mavell, the main responsibility is:

physicalimplementation, including floorplan, power routing, placement, clock treesynthesis, timing closure, routing, si fixing, drc fixing, dfm ...etc

physicalverification: including low power check, timing analysis, timing eco, xtalkanalysis, power analysis, ESD analysis, EM analysis, drc check, lvs check, antcheck, erc check ...etc

tapeout:timing signoff, power signoff, design tapeout... etc

Qualification:

BS/MS inEE/CS required.

Someknowledge and some experience on process, parameters, synthesis, timinganalysis, placement, routing, CTS, SI, power calculation, custom layout, timinganalysis and DRC/LVS.

Familiarwith Cadence, Synopsys, Mentor, Magma, Apache… EDA tools and design flow;

Familiarwith Verilog HDL, Spice

Goodprogramming skill. Capable of writing Tcl or Perl.

Self-motivatedteam worker, good verbal and written communication skills in English

2\Job Title: Engineer, Senior ASIC Design

Department: CentralEngineering
Location: Beijing/Shanghai/Nanjing

Job Description:

As a Digital designengineer, he/she will contribute to the overall SoC development and IPdevelopment for the micron-controller oriented SoC Product line, which includesblock level micron-architecture design, RTL coding, Simulation, SoC top levelintegration, verification and chip bring-up.

Qualification:

BSdegree in Electrical Engineering +5 years experience (or MS + 3 years) orequivalent in hardware development and system architecture.

Familiar with ASIC designmethodologies and flows.

Experience in the usageof state-of-the-art design tools.

Proficient in behavioraland RTL coding, Verification. Verilog is preferred
  Experience in logic synthesis, timingclosure.

Description,

In this position, you will be working with the platform architects,technical leaders and other developers to contribute to embedded Linux BSP/Androidand platform software development. You will be responsible for the detaileddevelopment specifications (example, component Low Level Design) and unit testplans, participating in BSP software implementation for handheld and/orcellular platforms and work with the validation team to ensure the product isthoroughly tested and meets established release criteria.

The candidate is expected to have below extraqualifications:

Description,

In theposition, the candidate will be responsible for creating  and executing the test suite/cases, test tools,and automation system to assure the quality of software platforms, which covercomponents from low level boot-loader, device driver, OS, middleware(multimedia and graphics), and up to high level application framework (likeAndroid), and Marvell proprietary compiler/debugger/performance tools.

His/herresponsibilities will include but not be limited to

l
Identifythe functionality, stability, performance and power quality criteria for thewhole system or individual components;

Execute testsuites to reach defined test coverage and debugging requirement.

Thecandidate is expected to have below extra qualifications:

Programmingskill in C, C++ and scripting language, i.e. Perl, python, is a must.
