although the mos is 4 terminal device(D G S B)
but we usually use only 3 terminal (D G S) in normal voltage design,we ignore the Bulk terminal,
in ultra low voltage design,
some resercher use Bulk as fourth terminal to control the mosfet's behavior.

一样的，叫法不同而已！

一样的东西，但个人感觉说体效应时，主要是指对阈值电压的影响；讲背栅时主要指对跨导的影响。
