NO.145-R&D Software Engineer or Senior R&D Software Engineer（Shanghai）

Responsibilities:
-          Design and deliver software components as a member of a software project team
-          Maintain the assigned software component as module owner
-          Collaborate with SW team, applications/field team to resolve issues and to fulfill customers’ enhancement requests
-          Support the worldwide application engineers and the customers
-          Maintain the software documentation

Qualifications
-          MS or BS Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or related discipline, with at least 2 to 4 years experience in software project or software development
-          Strong experience of C/C++
-          Optional Java experience
-          Strong analytical and problem solving skills
-          Result oriented, positive attitude and a good team player
-          Experienced with modern software development methodologies such as OOA&OOD
-          Able to read and communicate in English, especially in technical environment
-          Willing to take responsibility and showing initiatives

Preferred:
-          Basic IC test knowledge or 93K knowledge
-          Experienced with software development on Linux or Unix platform
-          Experienced with modern software development process such as RUP Scrum.
-          Strong organizational skill to work with cross-functional teams in requirements analysis, architecture and high-level design
-          Experience in customer interactions
-          Cross cultural / international experience
