XX Design Service（某集成电路设计有限公司）was founded in June 2012, headquartered in Shanghai-China. By now, we have over 20 very experienced employees around Shanghai and Suzhou.

Our target customers are the industry leaders in IC design. The key assets of Chipsea are the people we have. We provide top engineers to our clients and enable them to meet their technical and resource challenges to build next generation products.

So far, we have two groups: P&R and Custom-layout, and the 3rd
group: DFT&Verification is on the way.

Custom-layout: 8 skilled engineers, currently is serving a Japan Customer.

P&R group: 12 experienced employees with skills down to 28nm tsmc CMOS technology. The working experiences are 5 to 9 years, and the average age is around 30. All are physical design experts in building the most complex designs.
