Job description
1.         Responsible for completion of process support and installation of new single wafer clean systems at customer sites.
2.         Play assisting field support role of Beta site or first generation Lam systems at customer sites.
3.         (This will include evaluation and documentation of process outputs of hardware modifications/upgrades to existing systems).
4.         Setup and complete experiments, collect data and generate reports for both internal and external distribution.
5.         Will adopt existing processes for new applications at customer sites on existing Lam equipment.
6.         Define problems and objectives, develop approach, analyze results and provide recommendations for new and previously installed Lam equipment.
7.         Use Knowledge Management tools and practices to obtain information needed to effectively meet objectives.
8.         Share information internally and document BKM’s for other’s future use.
9.         Consistently develop skills and get appropriate training to learn new methods and support new Lam products.
10.     Strong customer and inter-organizational skills are required.
11.     English language skill required.
12.     Travel required.

Position Qualifications
1.         Minimum Education: PHD or MS in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering or Semiconductor field.
2.         Minimum Experience: Fresh graduate – 3 years experience in Semiconductor field.
