1.Electronic Design Engineer

Job Location:         Kunshan, Jiangsu, China
Job Category:         Engineering
Min Education:        Master's Degree(3 years+),Bachelor's Degree(5 years+) or Doctor's Degree or equivalent

Responsibilities:
1.Design and develop analog and digital circuits for fiber optical consumer products from initial concept to production release.
2.Implement optimized solutions incorporating applicable industry standards, relevant customer specifications, and all thermal and EMI performance requirements.
3.Work closely with other design engineers and support the team by providing appropriate design reviews, committing to development schedules, and meeting project milestones.
4.Release and maintain drawings per established engineering change order process.


Requirement:
1.Master’s degree or above
2.Familiar with RF analog and digital circuit design, RF devices, Characteristics of PCB material, Integration of IC and optoelectronic devices,
3.Familiar with RF circuit design software and related testing instruments
4.Experienced with testing of IC and optoelectronic devices
5.Experience in Gbps CMOS designs, Experience with signaling techniques,Expertise in SI / microwave theory, Must be a self-starter with self-motivation, Proficient in SI simulation tools,Field solver expertise is a plus
6.Good English skill in oral and written,Good communication skill

2 Firmware Engineer


Job Location         Kunshan, Jiangsu, China
Job Category         Engineering
Min Education         Bachelor's Degree

Responsibilities:
1.Lead the design, development, and test of the embedded firmware/software for high performance optical transceivers.
2.Deliver the firmware package per development schedule and responsible for in-circuit test, PCBA bring-up, and system level debugging
3.Responsible for other software development within the company

Requirements:
1.BS (MS and higher is prefer) in EE or CS
2.3 years work experiences in embedded system programming with the ability in hardware bring up, system level debugging, and verification,Familiarity with microprocessor/DSP,architectures
3.Expertise in developing Firmware for transceivers; Good understanding of laser control algorithm;
4.Experience in C/C++ with some firmware development experience,familiarity with assembly language programming is a plus
5.Understanding of digital logic hardware and digital logic protocols.
6.Experience of developing UART/I2C/SPI/MDIO/USB driver and knowledgeable of telecom and data com standard and optical transceiver MSA such as SFP, SFP+, XFP, CFP/CFP2/CFP4 etc.
7.Good English skill in oral and written,Good communication skill
