Job Title：Senior System Stability TestEngineer

Job Area：Engineering – Software

Job Function：

Design, development, and implement systemstability test cases for all Qualcomm Chipsets to validate Linux AndroidProduct line.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
a. Understand mobile phone system and test scope, define and develop stabilityand reliablity test cases.
b. Develop/code test scripts, and implement automation to maximum testefficiency

c. Monitor execution progress andtriage issues
d. Report and review status to/with development team
Provide support to test execution of day to day test activities, deploy/enabletest setup and knowledge to improve overall project productivity withoutsacrificing quality of deliverables.
It is must that candidate should have expertise in scripting/automation usingPerl or Java or C/C++ language. R&D experience a big plus.

Skills：

4 to 6 years of experience of automationtest development, MTBF test experience a plus
-Good knowledge on Linux Android Phone development environment and tools
-Good understanding on Linux internals
-Understanding on Automation, preferably Java, Perl, C/C++
-Basic knowledge on ARM processors
-Basic knowledge on embedded Operating systems
-Good understanding on modules for mobile phone (contacts, SMS, gallery, voicecall, BT, Wifi, video, apps and so on), and test concept

-Good execution and understandingMTBF testing a plus
-Good analytical and debugging skills
-Good communication skills
Education Requirements
BS/MS in Electrical engineering, Electrical and Computer engineering, orComputer Science, MS preferred
